backed up every night. However,
WebNG.com does not provide
customer file restore services.
Backups are performed for
disaster recovery of WebNG.com
servers only. Client is
strongly encouraged to retain
backup copies of customers
data in the event of data
loss. Client indemnifies
and holds WebNG.com harmless
for any data loss while
files are retained on WebNG.com
equipment. |

and employees, harmless
from any claim or demand,
including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third
party due to or arising
